FRESH Recipe ~ Kale Chips

One of the main reasons people do not eat healthy is due to convenience.  Be prepared by taking time each week to make your own YUMMY and HEALTHY Snacks.


These are Sooo simple and the WHOLE family will LOVE them!

  • Cut out kale stems and tear leafs into bite sized pieces.
  • Wash in Spin N Save Salad Spinner.
  • Drizzle with EVOO or just OO and sea salt. (Optional: Add a little SouthWest Chipotle for a little kick!)
  • Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.ENJOY!  : )
