FRESH Recipe ~ Ice Cream Cake

Ice Cream Cake
(Serves 8-10)
2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 cups melted butter or margarine
1 gallon of ice cream, softened

  1. Crush graham crackers using the Tupperware Quick Chef Pro or Chop ‘n Prep.
  2. Combine crumbs and sugar in a 12 cup Wonderlier Bowl.
  3. Stir in the melted butter or margarine until blended. Set aside 3 Tbsp. for garnish
  4. Press remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of a Tupperware Freezer Mates Large 2
  5. Fill with softened ice cream and garnish with reserved crumbs.
  6. Freeze until ready to use.

Optional—Add 3/4 cups nuts, chocolate chips, strawberries, etc. to the softened ice cream before putting it into the Freezer Mates container and spread whipped topping on top before garnishing with crumb mixture.
