FRESH FACT: Cantaloupes are good for your eyes!


Yep, that’s what they say!  The Vitamin A found in cantaloupe helps promote healthy eyesight, especially for seeing in the dark.

Cantaloupe Vanilla Smoothie
3/4 cup fresh cantaloupe, cut into chunks
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
4 oz. light vanilla yogurt
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender (or Tupperware Smooth Chopper) and blend well. Pour into Cantaloupe Tumbler and enjoy.

Makes 12 ounces.
