Fresh Recipe: Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast BowlBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.  It gives you the nourishment to get things moving and grooving.  Start your morning off right with a delicious quinoa breakfast bowl.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt any flavor
1/4 cup quinoa, cooked
1/4 cup fresh berries
1/2 tbsp honey
Combine ingredients in the Bite On the Go container and seal. Store in the refrigerator until breakfast. This delicious breakfast can store for up to 2 days!
