Grilled Veggie Quiche

I don’t know what it is about quiche, but it is one of my all time favorite comfort foods. My mom used to make them often growing up – from swiss to sundried tomato, to broccoli. This recipe is so simple using Tupperware’s new MicroPro Grill and I know it will make your stomach smile like it did mine!


Grilled Veggie Quiche

1/4 cup onion

1/2 asparagus chopped

1/2 cup eggplant

1/2  cup zucchini

5 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

1/2 cup mixed cheese blend (your choice – for this recipe I used cheddar and gouda)

1/4 tsp oregano

1/8 tsp garlic

salt and pepper to taste

1 Uncooked Pie Shell


Grill asparagus, eggplant and zucchini in Tupperware’s Micropro grill for 5 minutes. Mix the onions with the grilled veggies. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings using Tupperware’s Quickshake Container.  Fill Pie with 1/4 of the cheese, followed by the veggie blend, then the egg mixture, and top off with the remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 35 mins until golden brown
