One of my favorite Healthy Snacks I shared recently on WBTV News . . it was the hit for John Carter WBTV!!!
***Fruit Salsa***
2 apples, cored & sliced (Granny Smith or a Sweet Red)
2 kiwi, peeled and quartered
1 pint Strawberries
1 squirt lemon juice (if available)
1⁄2 tsp. Cinnamon Vanilla Spice Blend
You can adjust and very based on your desires.
In the Chop N Prep on the show we used about 2 1/8 apples slices, 4 strawberries, and 1/4 a kiwi.
In the PowerChef we used the whole recipe above.
