Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter at room temperature
- ½ lime, zested and juiced using Zest ‘N Press® Gadget
- ½ tsp. minced chipotle pepper in adobo plus ¼ tsp. sauce
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
Mold in Tupperware’s Ice Trays and then store in the FreezeIts in the fridge for a few weeks, or in the freezer up to 6 months.
Other amazing combinations:
Cilantro and Lime. Taco favoring anytime. Great on Veggies or sirloin.
Mint and Lemon Zest. This butter is great on breakfast toast, or add confectioner’s sugar and more lemon juice before adding to your lemon pound cake.
Thyme and Honey. Think cinnamon rolls or cake frosting
Parsley and Shallot. Great for pasta or grilled fish.
Blue Cheese and Walnuts. Great for steaks and your hearty meats.
