Fresh Recipe: Grilled TAQUITOS

Grilled TAQUITOS by the Fresh Expert

2 cups of black beans, rinsed (1 can)
4 oz./115 g cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped using Chop ’N PrepTM Chef
12 small flour tortillas

  • In a power chef system blend together cream cheese, Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend, shredded cheese, green onions and cilantro. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Place 2–3 tbsp. into each tortilla along with a Tablespoon of Black Beans and roll tightly to form taquito.
  • Place taquitos in new MicroPro Grill from Tupperware in the grill position and cook for 5 mins.  No butter is needed, however can be added for extra flavor.
  • Serve warm with salsa.
